GY-86 is a sensor board with the MPU-6050 and a magnetometer (HMC5883) and barometer (MS5611). The sensor board contains a voltage regulator, so it can be used with 5V. There seems to be also a level shifter on the board for the I2C-bus. The pull-up resistors for the I2C-bus seems to be 2k2, which is rather low.
